Our Process
01 Delivery
We bring all rentals directly to your venue and place them in your designated staging area.
02 Setup
Our team sets up your tables, florals, décor, and seating according to your event plan. Please note we DO NOT style / Decorate.
03 Event Begins
Relax and enjoy — every detail is professionally placed and ready for your guests.
04 Tear-down
After your event, we return to collect, pack, and prepare all items for transport.
05 Post Event Cleanup
We remove used dishes, clear tables, extinguish candles, and reset the space if needed.
Our team completes the pickup process and ensures your venue is left clean and organized
06 Pickup
Delivery & Pick Up
Celebration ends, our standard doesn’t
Pickup Option – Minimum $250
Select items may be picked up directly from our warehouse.
Only small, lightweight, and non‑fragile items qualify for customer pickup. Larger, delicate, or floral items require delivery.
Delivery Option – Minimum $650
Delivery is required for furniture, glassware, floral pieces, and all Signature Collections. Our team provides professional handling to ensure items arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Why the difference?
Larger and more delicate pieces require professional transportation to protect their quality. Pickup is available for simple items; delivery ensures luxury items are handled with care.
