To ensure our exquisite products remain in pristine condition throughout your rental period, we provide essential care instructions tailored specifically for handling, cleaning, and returning our items. By following these guidelines, you can enjoy a stunning event while preserving the beauty and quality of our rentals for future celebrations. To protect the quality and longevity of our luxury rentals, we kindly ask clients to follow these care guidelines during their event.

General Care

·         All rental items must remain indoors or in a covered, protected outdoor area.

·         Keep items away from rain, sprinklers, excessive heat, or direct sun that may cause warping or fading.

·         Do not drag chairs, tables, or décor pieces — always lift before moving.

·         Children should be supervised around all rental items.

Tableware (Plates, Chargers, Glassware, Flatware)

·         Ensure all tableware is free from food debris and rinsed lightly before return.

·         Separate different types of tableware (e.g., plates, bowls, serving dishes) into their designated containers.

·         Stack plates and bowls carefully to avoid chipping; do not overload containers.

·         Ensure that any decorative or specialty tableware is returned in its original condition

·         Do not stack dirty plates with food on them — scrape before stacking.

·         Avoid using metal scrubbers or abrasive materials on any item.

·         Glassware should not be allowed to “clink” in stacks — this causes cracks and chips.

Flatware

   Rinse flatware lightly to remove food residues before returning.

   Place all flatware in the designated containers or racks, sorted by type (e.g., forks, knives, spoons).

   Ensure no flatware is stuck together or mixed with other items to prevent damage.

Linens

·         Separate linens by color - do not mix light and dark colors

·         Put different linens in different bins ie Do not mix tablecloths and backdrops etc

·         Place wet linens in a separate container labelled.

·         Do not fold linens

·         Remove any stains carefully but do not launder linens.

·         Avoid using wax, sharp pens, or markers directly on linens.

·         Food stains that need extra treatment may incur cleaning fees.

·         Do not attempt to wash linens yourself — return them as is.

Faux Floral Arrangements

·         Keep florals away from open flames, extreme heat, water or moisture.

·         Do not bend, pull, or attempt to detach branches, blossoms, or stems.

·         Do not use florals outdoors in high wind without weight support or in the rain.

·         Handle silk floral arrangements with care to avoid crushing or bending the flowers.

·         Return arrangements in their designated containers; do not stack heavy items on top of them.

·         Ensure that any decorative bases or vases are free of dirt and returned in pristine condition.

·         Check that all components of the arrangement (e.g., ribbons, stems) are intact and returned as part of the complete set.

**PLEASE do not pull out any florals from design. Discuss design option, inquire about customized options.

Chairs

·         No standing, climbing, or kneeling on chairs.

·         Keep chairs dry and clean throughout the event.

·         Avoid dragging chairs across concrete, grass, or gravel.

·         Fold all folding chairs and place them in a designated area; do not leave scattered around the venue.

·         Stack stackable chairs in groups of no more than five to prevent damage.

·         Remove cushions before stacking or folding any chairs to maintain their quality.

Throne Chairs and Sofas

·         No jumping or rough handling on throne chairs or sofas to maintain structural integrity.

·        Avoid placing blue jeans or any dark-colored clothing on white throne chairs to prevent dye transfer

Decor Items / Candle Holders

·         Candles must be placed inside holders with drip protection

·         No exposed candles directly on linens or tabletops.

·         Please allow candles to cool before we pick up.

·         Turn off all LED candles and ensure they are stored in their designated containers.

·         Handle with care to avoid scratches or damage; do not stack heavy items on top of them.

·         Centerpieces - Ensure all decorative items are returned in their original condition and location.

Luxury Signs (Wooden, LED, and Acrylic)

Handle all signs with care to prevent scratches or damage.

Clean any dirt or fingerprints gently with a soft cloth before returning.

Return signs in their designated containers or racks to prevent shifting during transport.

Lighting and Electronics

·         Ensure all lighting fixtures are turned off and unplugged before pickup.

·         Return all lighting and electronic equipment into the appropriate containers to ensure safe transport and organization.

·         Handle all electronic equipment with care; do not force cables or connectors.

Glass Vases and Cylinders

·        Handle glass vases and cylinders carefully to avoid breakage; do not stack them.

·         Rinse out any residue and ensure they are free from water spots before returning.

·         Store vases and cylinders upright in their designated containers to prevent tipping or damage.

Luxury Signature Collections

·         For our luxury collections, our staff will handle the install and uninstallation and collection of items, ensuring everything is returned in excellent condition.

Tablescape Setups

·         Ensure no food, glasses, or items remain on tables at pickup time.

·         For folding tables, stack them neatly in a designated area for efficient pickup.

·         Handle all glassware with care to avoid breakage; do not stack glass items.

Damage Responsibility

·         The client is responsible for any damage or loss to rental items from delivery to pick up

·         Charges will be deducted from your damage deposit.
